Board retreat to define and process vision, mission, strategies, priorities, goals, tasks, resolve issues, team build.

Audience

Community College boards, presidents, executive cabinets.

Logistics

Typically, offsite, out of town. 1-2 nights. Effective with 5 to 20 participants.  Need for full board participation.  Pre-retreat prep work is common.

Cost

$3000 for day and 1/2, single night, retreat. $1500 per extra night. Fees include all preparation and board materials.  Client covers venue/room/board for retreat. Travel expense billed with no markup.
